The ICSB Store is an independent store and is not owned, operated, or officially affiliated with the International Christian School of Budapest (ICSB). While our products are inspired by and related to the ICSB community, all purchases, fulfillment, and customer support are handled independently of the school.

Thank you for shopping with us! Every item is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand platform — meaning products are only produced once an order is placed.

All Sales Are Final
Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We've Got You Covered If Something Goes Wrong
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives:
• Defective or damaged
• With a printing error (wrong design, misalignment, etc.)
• In poor quality

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@icsbstore.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the product

We will review your request and offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, contact us, and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

A Note on Colors
Due to the nature of digital printing, slight color differences may occur between your screen preview and the printed product. This is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.
